Great customer service by an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient team sent to my house to replace a 1994 heating and air system. I was asked if I had any questions they could answer each time I was shown something new that had been installed. Our A/C stopped working and we called Home Serve. They sent out Michael Casey from Professional Mechanical Services and he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the AC up and running in no time. A part a different company had put in recently had failed. Real nice guy, very personable and helpful. We really appreciate the great service!
